1:1 BODY ASSESSMENTS AND BIRTH PREP
As a certified Body Ready Method pro, I offer 1 hour assessments and tools to help your individual body find balance to help baby find their best position, relieve prenatal aches and pains, have a more efficient birth and smoother postpartum recovery.
