1:1 BODY ASSESSMENTS AND BIRTH PREP

As a certified Body Ready Method® pro, I offer 1 hour assessments and tools to help your individual body find balance to help baby find their best position, relieve prenatal aches and pains, have a more efficient birth and smoother postpartum recovery.

This package is most effective if started in second trimester, but can still offer some improvement later in pregnancy.

POSTPARTUM SUPPORT

All postpartum packages include:

Minimum 4 hour shifts
Baby Care Basics
Breastfeeding Help
Meal Prep
Light Housekeeping
Sibling Support, not babysitting

Currently, I do NOT offer overnight or weekend care.

Just the Basics | $800

24 hours of postpartum doula care: 6 shifts

Welcome Home Baby | $1150

36 hours of postpartum doula care: 9 shifts

The First 6 Weeks | $1800

60 hours of postpartum doula care. Can be used anytime in the first 6 weeks home

Less then 24 hours priced at $35/hour

Travel Fee may apply if more than 40 minutes away
